1219hrs - As the severe weather continued Station 71 was dispatched once again for traffic control, this time to the 600 block of Tunnelhill Street in Tunnelhill Borough.  Squad 713 and 71 fire police responded to find a disabled vehicle blocking one lane of traffic.  The snow and high wind made for zero visibility in the area.  71 personnel remained on scene directing traffic until the vehicle was removed.  All units cleared the scene at 1231hrs.
