0746hrs - Station 71 was called to assist Station 70 to close the east bound lane of Rt. 22 due to the severe weather.  Snow and high winds made for near zero visibility for early morning travelers.  Squad 713 and fire police from Station 71 closed the east bound ramp to Rt. 22 at Tunnelhill Street.  All 71 units were released at 0913hrs.
